Commercial relationships
Kingy AI may separately earn revenue from creator distribution, sponsorships or affiliate relationships. Those relationships must be disclosed on the relevant commercial surface and do not change the KAPI evidence standard. See Kingy's editorial and sponsorship standards.
Provider input
Providers may supply official evidence or challenge a record. Kingy can use that evidence only when it is inspectable and applies to every provider under the same rule. Provider review is not editorial approval.
Exceptions
The two DeepSeek candidates in the v1 archive were retained under a time-limited editorial cohort exception. Their United States availability remains unverified, and they are not treated as index-qualified.
