Kingy AI Corrections Policy

Kingy AI Trust Center

Fix the record clearly, completely, and without manufactured freshness.

Material errors are corrected across the article, imagery, tables, metadata, schema, and dependent pages—then explained in a dated note.

What kind of change is needed?

Label Use it when Record
Update New information changes the current context but the original reporting was accurate. Add the new information and a dated update note when material.
Clarification The wording was incomplete or reasonably open to a wrong interpretation. Revise the passage and explain what was clarified.
Correction A material fact, quote, attribution, calculation, date, link, image, or implication was wrong. Correct the item and append a dated note describing the error and change.
Retraction The central premise or evidentiary foundation is unreliable and cannot be repaired with a correction. Keep a public notice at the original URL unless legal or safety constraints require otherwise.

How to request a correction

Email info@kingy.ai with the subject Correction: [article title], or use the contact form. Include:

  • the article URL and exact sentence, image, table cell, or metadata field;
  • what you believe is wrong and why it is material;
  • the strongest primary evidence available;
  • the wording or factual outcome you believe the evidence supports; and
  • your name, role, and relationship to the subject.

Review workflow

  1. Log the request.
    Preserve the article URL, requester, date, disputed claim, and supplied evidence.
  2. Reopen the record.
    Check the original source set, notes, media, calculations, and publication context.
  3. Seek independent support.
    Use primary evidence and contact the author or relevant subject where needed.
  4. Classify the change.
    Decide whether the record needs an update, clarification, correction, retraction, or no change.
  5. Repair every surface.
    Check headline, body, table, image, caption, excerpt, social metadata, schema, and dependent articles.
  6. Append the note.
    State what was wrong, what changed, and the date; do not disguise material repairs as freshness.

What changes silently

Spelling, punctuation, broken formatting, and link repairs may be corrected without a note when they do not change meaning or evidence. A correction note is required when a reasonable reader could change a factual conclusion, attribution, buying decision, or understanding of the record.

Disputes and right of reply

A subject’s disagreement with a fair, supported conclusion is not automatically a factual error. Kingy AI will review evidence, correct inaccuracies, and may add a relevant response or clarification. It will not remove accurate reporting solely because it is unwelcome.

Corrections logThe public log on this page will begin when this policy is approved and launched. It will list material corrections, clarifications, and retractions with dates and links; it will not imply that no prior typo or link repair has ever occurred.

Appeal

If a requester believes relevant evidence was overlooked, they may reply with the missing primary material and ask for a second review. Final responsibility remains with the editor accountable for the publication.
