Genie 4: a research preview for trusted testers
Google DeepMind announced Genie 4 on October 27, 2026, with a research preview for trusted testers and a waitlist. The world model is intended for simulation. The announcement describes wider consumer and developer access as a future rollout, starting with Ultra and early-access partners.
The waitlist does not establish general availability. The reviewed announcement does not establish an event-specific numerical price, a generally available API or open weights. Those access and pricing limits matter when deciding whether this is something you can use now.
If the simulation fits your research interests, review the trusted-tester access terms and waitlist. Check the current requirements when Google expands the rollout. Read the Genie 4 launch record and Google DeepMind’s announcement.

The Genie 4 announcement received detailed source review for this edition. Separately, the broader November 6 roster check retrieved 19 of 21 primary indexes and completed no full-family reviews. The last known complete roster review remains October 30. Voxtral 3’s tracker record was also published today, but it is excluded from this Radar’s accepted set because its first availability date remains unestablished.
