Lesson 10 of 12
The Weekly AI Stack System
You cannot test every AI launch. A weekly stack turns the launch stream into a manageable shortlist that covers the major categories without drowning you.
The weekly mix
Choose one launch from each bucket so your learning stays balanced.
- 1 AI coding tool
- 1 AI agent or automation product
- 1 AI video or image tool
- 1 AI research/search tool
- 1 AI productivity/business tool
- 1 model release or infrastructure update
- 1 wild experimental tool
Decision questions
For each tool ask: What does it replace? What does it improve? Who should use it? Is it free to test? Is it better than my current workflow? Is it worth learning now? Should I save it, use it, or ignore it?
Verdict labels
Use this week, test later, watchlist, client recommendation, content idea, ignore, too early, needs proof.
