Which plan is worth considering
For the demonstrated self-hosted route, the Apache 2.0 software-license fee is US$0 in Canada or elsewhere. That buys no managed hosting or model tokens. The source includes a visual workflow editor and integrations; Docker Compose is the documented quick start. Obtain separate infrastructure and model-service estimates before treating it as a production budget.
Limits that affect the purchase
Deployment, credentials, upgrades and external knowledge/model services remain the operator’s work. The reviewed README says Helm charts are still under development. The official v1.1.2 security release addresses workflow code execution, tenant isolation and SSRF. Operators on v1.1.1 or earlier should follow its upgrade instructions before exposure. Free source is not free inference or a managed service-level agreement.
