Open and closed rows are not the same kind of promise. An open-weight licence arrives with the weights and cannot be withdrawn from a copy you already hold. A closed model is governed by a service contract that the vendor can revise or terminate, and the terms below describe the API, not a copy you own. Read the Weights column before you treat two green rows as equivalent.
