Midjourney limits: Fast time, Relax access and queues
GPU time measures processing consumption, not the number of usable images you will receive. Separate a depleted balance from a queue or a mode your plan does not include.

Fast balance is empty
Check Manage Subscription or /info. Included Fast time does not roll over. If your plan and task support Relax, you can trade waiting for lower Fast consumption. Basic does not include Relax; HD video is not a Relax task. Official source.
Extra hours are a different pool
Purchased Fast hours expire after 60 days and require an active subscription. Awarded Fast time has its own expiry. Do not treat either as permanently banked capacity. Official source.
