Open with the uncomfortable truth: a prototype that looks good is not shipped. Shipping means the useful workflow works, the page is findable, the risks are known, and you can roll it back if something goes wrong.
Start by freezing version one. Write the audience, the job, the core output, and the things that are not included yet. This prevents launch from turning into an endless feature pile.
