Atlas / Raise Radar

What this directory measures.

Factual company records and funding sources; no web visibility measurement.

Evidence and uncertainty

Each fact retains its source capture hash and successful check date. Pricing is quoted with its billing context. Unknowns stay unknown. Category and private-company inclusion can be labelled model assessments; they are not hands-on tests.

High-confidence Radar records pass separate company-match and inclusion checks. Medium-confidence items remain unpublished pending genuine review. Amendments are combined; unresolved filing and announcement overlap is never added into a total.

Source and privacy boundaries

We retain source URLs, check dates, hashes and short excerpts. Approved cleanups removed specified historical invalid-robots HTML fields from JSON records and a private database. Historical hashes and the replay bridge do not reconstruct removed text or the old physical database. These scoped checks do not establish absence from backups or other storage.

Collection uses the registered permitted sources and recorded terms and robots controls. Research and deterministic publishing run as separate processes on one Mac; this is not credential isolation. Personal addresses, phone numbers and personal emails are excluded from public records. A named person needs the company’s own source.

This factual release has no public brand-check form or account system. The Corrections page reports intake availability and, when enabled for a current company profile, explains private review and retention. A suggestion never changes public facts automatically. There is no claim of observed operational weeks. Private benchmark results are exploratory and supply no visibility or index credit.
