Kingy tool directory

A creator toolkit you can inspect and run.

Thirty fresh local demonstrations · October 23, 2026

The workflow uses 24 fictional campaign rows, 396 signups and 3,216 spend units. These are software checks, not Kingy analytics, client outcomes or benchmarks. The thirty open-source software licenses cost C$0 in Canada; hardware, hosting, developer time and optional commercial services are separate.

Python api

FastAPI

The local brief endpoint accepts valid fields with HTTP 201 and rejects invalid title, budget and channel values with HTTP 422. The summary returns 24 rows and 396 fictional signups. This fresh local test used FastAPI 0.161.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Authentication, storage and deployment still need implementation. An accepted request is not proof of a secure production service.

API request and validation checks · Buying profile

Starlette

A separately constructed Starlette health app runs under the local server. Its CORS middleware allows the configured localhost origin and returns HTTP 400 for an unapproved preflight origin. This fresh local test used Starlette 1.9.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

You assemble validation, permissions and persistence. Correct CORS behavior is not an authentication or security audit.

API request and validation checks · Buying profile

Uvicorn

Uvicorn serves the FastAPI brief endpoint and mounted Starlette app on 127.0.0.1. Requests from two HTTP clients receive the expected JSON and status codes. This fresh local test used Uvicorn 0.54.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Production still needs TLS, process supervision, deployment controls and capacity testing. A loopback test establishes none of those.

API request and validation checks · Buying profile

Http clients

HTTPX

A synchronous client sends a channel query, posts valid and invalid briefs and checks the server status codes and response fields. This fresh local test used HTTPX 0.28.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Retries, rate-limit handling and safe handling of credentials need design. This test covers its synchronous client only.

API request and validation checks · Buying profile

Requests

A request with a five-second timeout retrieves the local summary, checks HTTP success and verifies 24 rows, 396 signups and 3,216 fictional spend units. This fresh local test used Requests 2.34.2 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

It does not provide a native async client. Long-running scripts still need timeouts, retry policy and careful handling of secrets.

Validation

Pydantic

The Brief model accepts a valid title, budget and channel, rejects three invalid fields and generates the schema used in a separate jsonschema check. This fresh local test used Pydantic 2.14.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Validation rules must match the actual business requirement. Type coercion and strictness need deliberate choices; models do not secure storage or transport.

API request and validation checks · Buying profile

jsonschema

Draft202012Validator accepts the valid brief and reports three constraint failures for the invalid title, negative budget and unsupported channel. This fresh local test used jsonschema 4.26.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Schema validity does not establish business truth. Format checking can require explicit configuration; remote reference retrieval needs a deliberate policy.

Database

SQLAlchemy

Core inserts 24 fictional campaign rows in a transaction and queries a total of 396 signups before and after schema migration. This fresh local test used SQLAlchemy 2.1.6 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Database drivers and schema design are separate. This local SQLite example does not test another database or ORM relationship loading.

Schema migration checks · Buying profile

Alembic

A migration adds an approval column, downgrades to remove it, then upgrades again. All 24 local rows and the 396-signup total survive. This fresh local test used Alembic 1.20.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Review generated migrations and back up data before production changes. Database-specific locking and destructive changes were not tested.

Data tables

DuckDB

A SQL query groups the generated Parquet file by channel. Every signup and spend total matches the independent Polars aggregation. This fresh local test used DuckDB 2.0.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

It is an analytical engine, not a replacement for every transactional server. The test does not measure large-file memory use or concurrent writers.

Data pipeline checks · Buying profile

Polars

Polars reads 24 fictional CSV rows and produces channel totals. The output is checked independently with DuckDB querying the Parquet export. This fresh local test used Polars 2.0.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Schema choices, null handling and memory use need testing on your input. This small eager example does not demonstrate lazy-query speed.

Grouped CSV · Buying profile

PyArrow

A 24-row Arrow table is written as Zstandard-compressed Parquet and read back; the resulting table equals the original before DuckDB queries it. This fresh local test used PyArrow 26.0.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Types, compression and compatibility still require checks across your actual tools. This is not a benchmark of storage size or cloud access.

Analysis

SciPy

Linear regression on the four weekly means recovers the deliberately generated increase of two signups per week. It checks the calculation path, not causality. This fresh local test used SciPy 1.18.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Choosing the right method and checking its assumptions remain your job. This constructed example cannot establish a real campaign relationship.

Data pipeline checks · Buying profile

scikit-learn

LinearRegression fits 18 fictional rows and predicts six held-out rows from an exactly generated linear target. The recorded error is only a software-path check. This fresh local test used scikit-learn 1.9.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Avoid leakage and evaluate on realistic held-out data. The demo target is exactly linear by construction, so its near-zero error has no forecasting significance.

Synthetic regression check · Buying profile

RapidFuzz

The demo suggests Search, Social and Video for three deliberate misspellings, retaining each score for review rather than changing a live dataset. This fresh local test used RapidFuzz 3.14.6 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

A high similarity score is not proof of identity. Review ambiguous matches; this three-label example does not measure multilingual or large-catalog accuracy.

Reviewable label suggestions · Buying profile

NetworkX

The demo verifies an acyclic six-step publishing graph, computes a valid task order and finds its weighted longest path. This fresh local test used NetworkX 3.7 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Large graphs can require substantial memory. A calculated order depends on the graph and weights supplied; the demo weights are invented planning units.

Charts

Altair

The exported chart initially shows twelve stacked bars. Selecting Search in its legend filters it to four bars, one for each fictional week. This fresh local test used Altair 6.3.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Browser output depends on the Vega runtime; this HTML loads runtime scripts from a CDN. Large datasets and private-data embedding need separate review.

Interactive Altair chart · Buying profile

Bokeh

The standalone chart includes three weekly channel lines. Clicking Social in the legend hides that line while Search and Video remain visible. This fresh local test used Bokeh 3.10.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Standalone HTML cannot run arbitrary Python callbacks without a server. Its bundled JavaScript adds file size; server hosting and scaling are separate.

Interactive Bokeh chart · Buying profile

Seaborn

The exported line chart separates three channels by color and two variants by marker, displaying all fictional weekly values in PNG and PDF outputs. This fresh local test used Seaborn 0.13.2 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Default aggregations and uncertainty displays can change interpretation. The test disables error bars and uses invented values; it does not validate a scientific claim.

Documents

python-docx

A campaign brief includes a four-row table and a chart image. The DOCX is reopened to verify the table and embedded image; Word rendering was not tested. This fresh local test used python-docx 1.2.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

It does not render Word pages. Application-specific layout, pagination and advanced Office features need review in the target editor.

pypdf

The demo merges a generated cover and chart into a two-page PDF, sets its title metadata and verifies the page count and extracted cover text. The final pages were visually inspected. This fresh local test used pypdf 6.10.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

It is not a page renderer or general OCR engine. Complex forms, signatures, encryption and malformed files need their own tests.

Segno

Segno exports an error-correction-H QR code as SVG and PNG. A separate ZXing decoder reads the PNG back to the exact Kingy tool-directory URL. This fresh local test used Segno 1.6.6 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

The encoded destination must stay valid. Test print size and contrast for the final medium; this local decode does not establish every camera or print condition.

svgwrite

The demo writes a 960×320 SVG badge with a background and three text elements. Its report heading and totals are inspected in the browser. This fresh local test used svgwrite 1.4.3 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

The project is in maintenance mode with no new features planned. It writes SVG rather than rendering it; font appearance depends on the viewer.

Documentation

Python-Markdown

The demo converts the fictional report Markdown, including its three-channel table, into HTML and verifies that a table is present before browser review. This fresh local test used Python-Markdown 3.11.2 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

It does not sanitize untrusted HTML. Choose a separate sanitization policy before publishing user-supplied content; rendering support varies by extension.

MkDocs

The reproduction guide builds into a local documentation site with strict mode enabled and a working navigation entry. This fresh local test used MkDocs 1.6.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Plugins and themes add dependencies. Hosting, search indexing and authentication are separate; a successful build does not verify every linked destination.

Command line

Rich

Rich formats a three-channel table and exports the recorded console output as standalone HTML. The displayed numbers match the checked summary CSV. This fresh local test used Rich 15.0.0 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Terminal capabilities differ. Formatting does not validate the reported numbers; long labels and accessibility need review for the delivery medium.

Terminal report export · Buying profile

Typer

The channel option selects eight Search rows and 124 fictional signups. An unsupported channel exits with status 2 instead of returning a report. This fresh local test used Typer 0.27.3 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Your callback still handles business rules and failures. Packaging and cross-shell behavior are outside this local CLI test.

Command-line checks · Buying profile

Black

Black reformats a deliberately compressed totals script. Check mode then passes, and execution before and after returns identical values: 396 signups across three channels. This fresh local test used Black 26.10.1 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Formatting does not prove correctness or replace tests. Pin versions when stable formatting matters; only one file was exercised here.

Configuration

PyYAML

safe_load reads a fictional report title, three channels and a budget of 3,216. The expected budget is checked before the report uses it. This fresh local test used PyYAML 6.0.3 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Use safe_load for untrusted input and validate the resulting structure. Formatting, comments and every YAML type are not guaranteed to survive a round trip.

Publication and configuration checks · Buying profile

TOMLKit

The demo changes include_chart from false to true, serializes and reparses the file, and checks that its editor comment remains. This fresh local test used TOMLKit 0.15.2 on October 23, 2026 with fictional campaign data. It is separate from the related historical article. The source, output and checks are downloadable.

Applications must still validate configuration meaning. Test complex documents and formatting conventions rather than assuming every edit preserves the desired layout.

What was not tested

The HTTP service ran locally only. No public deployment, authentication audit, load test, paid inference or account checkout was performed. The DOCX was reopened structurally, not rendered in Office. The two-page PDF and browser reports were visually reviewed. Charts and near-zero synthetic model error are not evidence of future business performance.
