Create an eight-second, 1920×1080, 24 fps, unnarrated motion graphic for the fictional SignalDesk product described in signaldesk-product-brief.md. Use HyperFrames as the composition framework and deliver the editable source project plus a playable H.264 MP4.

The sequence must communicate “From noise to signal.” Use only HTML, CSS, SVG, locally available system fonts, and the supplied brief. Do not download or generate media, use paid services, publish anything, or write to an external app.

Required sequence:
- 0.0–1.5 seconds: many small neutral update cards enter with controlled visual noise.
- 1.5–4.8 seconds: the cards organize into three highlighted counts, shown in this order: “147 launches scanned”, “12 material changes”, and “1 weekly brief”.
- 4.8–6.5 seconds: the clutter clears and the line “From noise to signal.” becomes the focal point.
- 6.5–8.0 seconds: finish on the wordmark “SIGNALDESK” with a restrained lime accent.

Use the exact palette and product wording from the brief. Keep every frame readable, avoid strobing or rapid flashing, and keep important text inside a 10% safe margin. The motion should feel precise and editorial, with clear visual hierarchy rather than decorative effects.

Initialize the project in the current run directory. Follow the installed HyperFrames workflow and validation guidance. Check the composition, render the MP4 locally, inspect representative frames near 0.0, 1.5, 4.8, 6.5, and 7.9 seconds, and verify duration, dimensions, frame rate, text accuracy, and playback. Report the output paths, commands used, checks performed, and any remaining defect. Stop after producing and verifying the local files.
