Larch Ribbon Bicycle Bell Studio
Demonstration bench session record
Session filing and close
The completed session card and the return check are filed together. The host records any issue with the rig
on a separate bench note. The studio's filing system retains the visitor's sound description without treating it
as a product specification.
01 Session archive
Completed session bundles are stored in tray S4. The tray receives only bundles with a finished return
check.
02 Card retention
Session cards are kept for 33 days. The interval begins on the booking date written on the card.
03 Unspecified warranty
The session record does not state a warranty period for either demonstration bell. No warranty duration
is provided in the bench notes.
04 Rig issue
A rig issue remains in the bench-note file. The host records the issue as observed and does not add it to
every visitor's sound description.
05 Closing order
At close, the host counts the bells and returns the striker to its marked cradle. The session archive is
closed after that object count has been recorded.
06 Scope
These notes apply to stationary sound comparisons. They make no claim about road audibility,
installation compatibility or compliance with transport rules.
