Vela Harbor Ice Ledger
Sculpture cold-store shift record
Store positions and review
The cold-store review tracks the physical stage reached by each sculpture. It uses position names rather
than an estimate of artistic completeness. A finished sculpture reaches the display dispatch stage only after
its contour check is complete.
Review owner
Iris Kelm performs the contour check. The checker signs the ledger before the sculpture is moved to the
silver plinth.
Store setpoint
The store's listed setpoint is -7 C. This record reports the studio setting and does not specify an
acceptable deviation range.
Dispatch form
Display dispatches use form VH-19. The shift lead adds the sculpture's ledger identifier to the form.
Plinth boundary
The silver plinth holds sculptures awaiting display dispatch. Receiving blocks have rack positions and
are not entered as finished plinth objects.
Observation note
A surface crack is recorded as observed at review. The checker does not attribute the crack to a
particular delivery or tool without a separate observation.
Position release
A rack position is released when the shift lead records the block's next named position. A dispatch form
alone does not release a receiving position.
