Kingy's changes are limited to relative browser-module imports and packet timing:
retain FFmpeg's negative priming timestamps, and trim packet durations at the
actual PCM input end. The worker and embedded AAC WASM are unmodified. The
readable browser module and modified TypeScript are distributed under MPL-2.0.
The source archive contains the build instructions and a reproducible patcher
for the pinned npm distribution. The surrounding Kingy project remains separate.

The embedded FFmpeg AAC encoder is LGPL-2.1-or-later, not MPL.

the library version embedded in the distributed WASM).

The upstream npm package does not identify its exact FFmpeg build commit or
Emscripten revision; this source snapshot matches its embedded library version,
and bit-for-bit reconstruction of the upstream WASM has not been verified.
Users may inspect, modify and replace the separately loaded encoder module.
There is no technical restriction on debugging or replacing this library.
