This package migrates the existing checksum-bound 25-record Kingy cohort report and its chart data. It performs no network acquisition and makes no causal, market-census, adoption, or private-outcome inference.

## Scope

The source report covers 25 exact Distribution Record identities, 218 retained claims, 117 retained sources, and nine accepted Stack events in canonical ledger revision 9. One held Stack signal was excluded before projection.

## Measurement

Completeness is a contract-coverage and retained-evidence score, not product quality or market performance. The downloadable chart reproduces the source chart-data series: 18 records scored 80/100, six scored 95/100, and one scored 100/100.

## Limits

The cohort is not an AI-market census. All 25 outcomes remain unknown, and no private Impact Ledger data is included. This migration preserves the source report's local-only authorization boundary.
